SPECIALIST CERVICAL ASSESSMENT
Colposcopy Clinic
Our Colposcopy Clinic provides specialist assessment for patients with abnormal cervical screening results, persistent high-risk HPV results or other concerns affecting the cervix. A colposcopy allows the clinician to examine the cervix more closely and identify areas that may require monitoring, treatment or further investigation. An abnormal result does not automatically mean cervical cancer, as many cervical cell changes can be monitored or treated successfully.
Services include: cervical examination, assessment of abnormal cell changes, HPV-related abnormalities, cervical polyps, visible lesions, inflammation, biopsy where appropriate and coordinated follow-up care.

Cervical Cancer Screening
Our cervical screening service helps identify high-risk HPV infection and abnormal cervical cell changes before they become more serious. Screening plays an important role in preventing cervical cancer and improving the chances of successful treatment through early detection. The most appropriate screening method and interval will depend on your age, medical history, previous results, immune status and individual risk factors.
Screening options may include: HPV testing, cervical cytology or Pap testing, co-testing and other clinician-approved screening methods. Patients with abnormal results receive clear guidance about follow-up, colposcopy or further assessment.

HPV Vaccination
Our HPV Vaccination service provides professional guidance and vaccine administration for eligible children, adolescents and adults. HPV vaccination helps protect against important types of human papillomavirus associated with cervical cancer and other HPV-related diseases. Vaccination works best before exposure to HPV, although some older patients may also benefit following an individual clinical assessment.
Before vaccination, our healthcare team reviews your age, previous doses, allergies, medical history, immune status and pregnancy status. We also provide clear information about dose schedules, possible side effects, observation after vaccination and follow-up appointments.

Laboratory Services
Our Laboratory Department provides reliable testing to support prevention, diagnosis, treatment planning and ongoing health monitoring. Laboratory results can help clinicians investigate symptoms, confirm a diagnosis, monitor an existing condition and determine how well treatment is working. Every result is interpreted alongside your symptoms, examination findings and medical history.
Testing may include: full blood count, blood glucose, kidney and liver function tests, lipid profiles, hormonal and fertility tests, pregnancy tests, infection screening, urine and stool analysis, cervical and vaginal swabs, HPV testing, antenatal profiles, cytology and selected tissue examinations.

The clinic may also assess concerns such as high blood pressure, diabetes, respiratory symptoms, digestive problems, persistent tiredness, headaches, infections and unexplained pain.
SAFE & COORDINATED CARE
Surgical Services
Our Surgery Department provides consultations, selected procedures and carefully planned surgical care within ARISET Medical Centre’s approved facilities and professional scope. Every patient receives an appropriate assessment before surgery. The surgeon will explain the diagnosis, available alternatives, expected benefits, possible risks and likely recovery before consent is given.
Services may include: general surgery, selected gynaecological procedures, minor procedures, day surgery, biopsy and tissue removal, wound care and post-operative monitoring. Complex, high-risk or emergency procedures may be referred to a hospital with the appropriate specialist facilities.
